Our journey began with a mission: to transform the way law firms engage with their clients and value their work. It all started with our very first project at DL&Co., where we helped them transition to alternative fees through a manual approach. We saw firsthand how shifting away from the billable hour opened the door to a more transparent, rewarding, and client-centric way of doing business. That realization fuelled our commitment to build a solution that could help firms like yours across the globe unlock a more fulfilling way of working.
We’ve come a long way since then, but one thing hasn’t changed—our passion for helping law firms break free from the limitations of hourly billing. From launching our platform to a group of early AltFee Trailblazers, to being named a finalist in the Clio Integration Awards, and even winning the American Bar Association TechShow Startup Pitch Competition, our journey has been driven by one simple goal: to empower you to build a more sustainable, rewarding, and client-focused business.
